commercial espresso bar remodel Work space, equipment, finishings, signage, and point of sale systems are remodeled to take advantage of natural light from courtyards on both sides of lobby to create a professional, functional space and efficient workflow for employees & customers using existing equipment on limited budget

AFTER REMODEL: space is reconfigured to have separate order & pick up stations for efficient workflow, employee & delivery door is relocated to side of bar for uniterrupted entry & unloading, big cooler is moved behind the counter (easily monitored for restocking, preventing theft) and opening space to natural light from windows to courtyards on both sides, new point of sale systems are installed w/propgrammed images & prices for proper inventory tracking, efficiency & lowered risk of error, white cabinets are used to brighten area and contrast brown concrete floors & walls, signage is redseigned & updated, proper workflow for employees and customers is created

BEFORE REMODEL: storage is outside of workspace, big cooler & cabinets are blocking windows (prone to theft, as it is unseen by employees) to courtyards on each side of lobby, order & pick up counter is one, employee & delivery door is at pick up & order counter, decor is dated and drab (metal letters, gray cabinet coverings, & dusty burlap coffee bags, etc)

AFTER REMODEL: Space is bright, clean, efficient, de-cluttered & professional

BEFORE MODEL space is dark, cluttered, looks unprofessional and workflow for employees and customers is dysfunctional & counterintuitive

AFTER REMODEL: space is added & reconfigured behind the counter for productivity
